Cinnamon Roll (14 Cups)

The brown sugar and vanilla frosting notes come through way more than I expected for a cinnamon coffee, and it's not artificial tasting at all. I've been drinking it black every morning this week and it honestly tastes like a treat without any added sweetener.

I brewed this as a pour-over and the cinnamon hits first, then that vanilla frosting note sneaks in on the finish. Fourteen cups went faster than I'd like to admit.
