The golden raisin note really comes through when I brew it hot, which I wasn't expecting from a concentrate. Mixed with oat milk it's ridiculously smooth, no bitterness at all. Already thinking about ordering a second bottle before the summer rotation disappears.

I've been pouring this over ice with a splash of milk, and the golden raisin sweetness makes it taste like a dessert. It's remarkably smooth even when I skip the milk and drink it black.

The cinnamon note is what sold me, it's subtle but definitely there underneath the chocolate. Mixed with cold milk it's smooth enough that I stopped adding sweetener entirely.
