Seasonal Ultra Coffee (14 Cups)

The golden raisin note really comes through when I brew this in the morning, and the cinnamon sneaks in at the finish. Way smoother than the darker roasts I usually drink, no bitterness at all. Already halfway through the 14 cups.

I wasn't expecting the cinnamon to come through so clearly, but it blends really nicely with the chocolate and keeps the cup smooth instead of bitter. Been drinking it black all week and it holds up without any sugar.
