The 20x strength is no joke—one small splash was enough for a full mug, but it came out a bit too sharp and bitter for my taste when mixed with water. Mixed with milk it mellowed out nicely, and I do like that it makes a cold drink in seconds. Just not sure it's worth finishing all 14 cups.
