Latte | Protein kaffe

I was skeptical a protein coffee wouldn't taste chalky, but this one is genuinely smooth and creamy. One scoop in hot water replaced both my morning cup and my protein shake, and the 170mg of caffeine is plenty to get me going.

Twenty-five grams of protein in my coffee means I actually skip my usual post-gym shake now, and the caffeine hit still gets me through the morning. It dissolves without any chalky grit, which was my worry with adding whey to hot coffee.

I've been mixing this into my morning coffee and the 25g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which never happened with plain coffee. The texture is smoother than I expected too, no chalky aftertaste at all. Two scoops and I'm set.
