موكا – قهوة فائقة

I've been mixing a splash of this concentrate into hot milk on slow weekend mornings, and it turns into this thick, cozy mocha without any gritty powder residue. The coffee and dark chocolate are balanced so neither one bullies the other.

The dark chocolate flavor actually comes through instead of just tasting like sweetened coffee, which I appreciated. One spoonful in hot milk and it's a smoother mocha than my usual cafe order.

I keep a bottle in the fridge for mornings when I need something warmer than plain coffee, and the dark chocolate flavor blends in so smoothly that I don't even add sugar. One tablespoon stirred into hot milk gives me that cozy mocha taste without any bitterness.
